Last Tuesday Google made some changes in Google’s mobile search affecting websites that are not mobile friendly.
Websites that are not mobile device friendly will not show up anymore on the first page of the search results. It is assumed that about 40% of all websites are affected.
Because of the high number of sites affected a lot of sites refer to the change as “Mobilegeddon”
So if your site is not “responsive” or does not have a separate site for mobile devices you will need to act to not loose visitors.
Google has a site were you can test if your site is mobile friendly, follow this link
If your website does not pass the test you can contact me and I will gladly bring your website up to date.
